Look at me, I have an Internet connection and look at what else, I have a basic grasp of the English language, so you know what I’ll do?  I’ll criticize a musician because it’s the popular thing to do, and maybe everyone else who hates her will agree with me and we can all join an angsty “I-hate-Lana-Del-Rey” club and circle jerk and it’ll all be grand.  And look at me, look at how fucking smart I am for knowing she’s fake, I listen to true indie artists look at me look at me look at me I’m so fucking clever even though I’m actually just jumping on another fucking bandwagon.

God forbid a woman makes music or does something she loves or changes her look or style or anything different; YOU MUST ALWAYS BE THE SAME.  IF YOU RELEASE ONE SONG, THAT IS WHAT YOU MUST ALWAYS SOUND LIKE.
